Meet Dr Robert Biemans

As a leadership development professional based in the Netherlands, Dr. Biemans brings extensive international experience spanning various regions, including Europe, the Middle East and Africa. His wealth of knowledge and practical experience is complemented by a doctoral degree in leadership from Tilburg University. Dr. Biemans began his career as an officer in the Royal Netherlands Army and later transitioned into the commercial sphere with the global consultancy firm Capgemini in 1998. In 2006, he founded IntSource, interim management | leadership consultancy company.
Focusing on leadership and behavioral aspects, Dr. Biemans is dedicated to enhancing individuals and organizations, preparing them for the unpredictable and unexpected challenges of today's world.
